Medical Disclaimer
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This is a general medical disclaimer for the Vitale Health platform and may be updated. It applies to the entire Service, including all marketing pages, educational content, and protocol descriptions.
Educational information only
The information provided on this website and through the Service is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified, licensed clinician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this site.
No clinician relationship is created by browsing
Reading content on this website does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship is established only when an independently licensed clinician reviews your intake and agrees to provide care. Whether treatment is appropriate is determined solely by that clinician in their professional judgment, and submitting an intake or paying a fee does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed.
Compounded and non-FDA-approved preparations
Certain products dispensed through Vitale Health are compounded preparations prepared by a licensed pharmacy and prescribed by licensed clinicians for the specific patient for whom they are prescribed. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. They are intended only for the patient to whom they are prescribed and must never be shared with, sold to, or used by anyone else.
On-label and off-label use
Some therapies offered through the Service may be prescribed for uses that are not approved by the FDA (“off-label” use). Off-label prescribing is a common and legally permitted practice in the United States when, in a clinician's professional judgment, it is appropriate for a particular patient. Your clinician will discuss the basis for any recommendation, but the available evidence for some uses may be limited or evolving.
Risks, interactions, and your responsibility
All medical treatments carry risks, including the possibility of side effects, allergic reactions, and interactions with other medications, supplements, or conditions. The safety and appropriateness of any treatment depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You are responsible for giving truthful, complete health information; disclosing all medications, supplements, and allergies; following the instructions provided by your clinician and pharmacy; and promptly reporting any adverse effects to your clinician and, when serious, to emergency services.
Individual results vary
Health outcomes vary from person to person, and no specific result is guaranteed. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and no product or service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease except as part of care directed by a licensed clinician. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises of the results you will achieve.
Third-party content and references
References to scientific literature or third-party sources are provided for educational context and do not constitute an endorsement or a representation that a therapy is safe or effective for you. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
Emergencies
The Service is not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including thoughts of harming yourself, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.
